In 2017 NCSA organized a new platform for sharing experiences and holding discussions – the Corporate Secretaries Club.
In a more chamber-like and democratic atmosphere than at the Forum NCSA members discuss practical problems of activity and the Club’s program regularly includes:
– master classes from leading corporate secretaries about their experience in solving certain tasks;
– round tables on the practical application of the innovations of corporate legislation, development of the institute of corporate secretary, etc;
– discussions on projects for the development of corporate legislation;
– meetings with representatives of the regulator, authors of draft laws, professional securities market participants, and other experts of interest to the corporate secretary.
